Submission

All submissions must be followed in the IEEE CS proceedings format, and all accepted papers will be published by IEEE (IEEE-DL and EI indexed) in Conference Proceedings. Best Paper Awards will be presented to high quality papers. Selected papers will be recommended to prestigious journal special issues.

Workshop/special session paper: 4-6 pages. Please submit your paper to HERE.
